FEES AND BOOKING OF PLACES

Kneehigh is open five days a week from 8am to 6pm.We are open all year round, except for Bank Holidays and a week at Xmas and New Year. Kneehigh has 26 places each session for any children aged 2 to 5 yrs. Of these 4 places for each age group will be Full Day places. These places will be reviewed at least three times a year. There is an enrolment fee of £7.00,to cover administration costs.

Our prices are:-

Pre-School Session (9-12 or 1-4) unfunded = £8.50

Half Day Sessions (8-1 or 1-6) unfunded = £14.00

Full Day Sessions unfunded                      = £25.50

"                             " + 3 hours of funding    = £16.00

"                             " + 6 hours of funding    = £7.50

Lunch hour (12 - 1) own packed lunch    = £2.75

"                              "   cooked lunch            = £3.50

5 Full Days for one child unfunded      = £122.00

Pick up after school (3pm until 6pm)   = £8.50

Early drop offs and late pick ups will be charged at £1.00 per 15 min. period.

Funded children have 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. You can spread the hours as you wish, but you can only use a maximum of 6 hours in any one day.

These prices include all meals for 1/2 and full day sessions.

PAYMENT  for sessions must be up to date by the Friday of each week, unless by special arrangement with Sarah. If payment falls two weeks behind, with no attempt to bring it up to date, your child's place will be cancelled and the fees outstanding will still be due. If your child is absent from Kneehigh for more than two consecutive weeks, without notification, then your child's place will be cancelled and the fees outstanding will still be due. If you wish your child to attend Kneehigh after this period you will have to re-register him/her. Each child has a holiday allowance of two weeks per year - September to September - however we do require at least one week's notice or a charge will be incurred.

NOTIFICATION FOR BOOKINGS

When you book your child's time at Kneehigh it will be for the same sessions each week. However, if you require a more flexible arrangement then speak with Sarah to see if this is possible.

We cannot guarantee a place for your child if it is not booked.

We would appreciate 3 days notice in advance for irregular bookings (to organise staffing) however please feel free to ring and check availability.

If your child misses a session due to illness or any other reason you will still be required to pay the full fee unless you contact Kneehigh or Sarah at the latest an hour before your child is due at Kneehigh. If your child starts at 8am please contact before 7.30am.If we are notified about your child not attending a 10% reduction on fees due will be made.

At present 3 and 4 year olds receive government funding for 38 weeks of the year. During unfunded periods we ask you to attend Kneehigh for the same amount of sessions that you were attending before being funded or book this time off as holiday.

Kneehigh requires at least 2 weeks notice if you wish to withdraw your child from any session you have booked as regular.
